- Voting is important to me because:
- Voting is important to me because it provides the opportunity to elect and support political figures that understand and recognize the concerns of my community. This is how our voice is heard. We must not be afraid to encourage our government to understand our needs. Even if the person we vote for does not win, that vote is still counted and it still represents what people want from their country, president, etc. If we don’t vote why would anyone even consider our concerns and beliefs as something important? If it’s not serious enough to go out and vote for, then maybe it’s not that serious. And I don’t want anyone to think that about my views. My vote counts…..
